Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my tracking number? +

Your tracking number is sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Because our pieces are made to order, your order may remain in production for several business days before shipping.

My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do? +

Tracking information can take some time to appear after a parcel has been collected by the carrier. If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please contact us and include your order number.

My order says delivered, but I haven't received it. +

First check around your property and with neighbours or anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can help investigate the delivery.

Why does my tracking show no movement? +

International shipments can sometimes go several days without a new tracking scan, particularly while moving between countries or during customs processing. This does not necessarily mean that your parcel has stopped moving.

How long does delivery take? +

Orders are generally prepared within 7–10 business days before dispatch. Delivery time then depends on your destination and the carrier. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for further information.

Can I change my delivery address? +

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can still be changed.
